In this matter we need manpower. How?
1. Deaf Group- According to Sis. Jean, she can invite her deaf friends to volunteer or work with us.
2. Buddy Teachers- Yes, most of them are high school students, meaning their class is half day only, so they can give their vacant time to volunteer
3. Student Parents- We can choose some of our parents to participate in this livelihood program, while some of them are waiting for their children, they can participate and volunteer, but we must give their commitment and swear an ought. Instead of wasting time in waiting, we can invite them to join.
4.Volunteers- Before it is hard to invite volunteers because we think , we cannot give them job duty, but now, we have livelihood program, we can invite volunteers to participate for example in production, they can make and help in sewing garments for stuff toys, design and make coin purse, bags, wallet etc.  (Let's just make a happy environment for them to enjoy what they are doing.)
5. DMC Students- When we have DMC Students, they can also volunteer during their free time.
6. Congregation- Maybe by next year, our church will grow, grow and grow so we can also invite them to part of this ministry by volunteering.
